Schmidt's standard Coil Goods Cradle will handle ferrous and non-ferrous coils up to 60,000 lbs.
The HF Stacking Coil Cradle will handle ferrous and non-ferrous coils up to 60,000 lbs. This design stacks up to six(6) coils with fast access even to the bottom of the stack. Individual coils are nested eye-horizontal in cradles.
Access to cradles can be provided through an HF System Spreader Beam Unit, or through use of a coil lifter attachment. Coils may be stacked only inches apart, for exceptionally dense storage without risk of damage to stored materials.
HF Stacking Coil Cradles offer an economical alternative to typical floor storage of coil or rolled materials:
- Steel coils
- Aluminum coils
- Rolled flat stock
- Large steel pipe sections
- Roll paper goods
- Oversized PVS pipe sections
Capacities from 5 to 30 tons, coil diameters up to 72" stacking up to 6 units high.
