The HF Stacking System Spreader Beam Units are designed to allow easy engagement to the tapered hooks on the HF cradles.
Interlocking, stacking cradles are moved by a twin-hook overhead crane equipped with a spreader beam, for versatile placement and maneuvering in tight spaces. Often, material handling labor can be reduced by 50% or more through the increased efficiency of the HF design, contributing to a remarkable return on investment (ROI) of twelve to eighteen months.
The Spreader Beam Unit attaches to the facility's crane. Designed with built-in hooks for simple engagement of the HF cradles, this unit provides the easy access to stack and sort your inventory stored in the HF System cradles. A single Spreader Beam Unit can be used to handle three different lengths of material or it can be used to hanlde multiple cradle rows.
